Does it work with Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom?
Yes. NOTVM listens to your computer's audio, so it works with Meet, Teams, Zoom, Webex and any other video call app, without installing anything inside them.
Does it record the meeting?
No. No audio is saved. Speech is transcribed on your computer and only the text is used to give you tips and prepare the summary. We recommend letting participants know you're transcribing the meeting.
How much does it cost after the trial?
The trial is 7 days of NOTVM Pro free, no card required, with limited daily usage. The meeting copilot is part of NOTVM Pro, which costs $29.90/month and can be canceled anytime. If you don't choose a plan, when the trial ends NOTVM switches to a very limited free mode that doesn't include the copilot. Nothing is charged automatically. See pricing.
Do I need to install anything?
Yes, the NOTVM app on your computer: a Mac with macOS 26 or later, or a Windows PC. Nothing needs to be installed in Meet, Teams or Zoom, and the client doesn't have to do anything.
Will the client know I'm using NOTVM?
NOTVM doesn't join the call, so it doesn't show up as a participant. Even so, we recommend letting people know you're transcribing the meeting.
